Creative Director Amman, Jordan | Full-time | OnsiteExperience: 3-5 yearsWe’re looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative expression, bringing established brand identities to life with exceptional craft, imagination, and consistency. You’ll lead creative execution across campaigns, content, packaging, menus, merchandise, spaces, and digital experiences, creating work that makes products and experiences desirable, distinctive, and memorable.Key Responsibilities

• Translate established brand identities and guidelines into distinctive creative executions across all customer touchpoints.
• Lead art direction across design, photography, video, social content, advertising, and campaigns.
• Direct the creative execution of product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee composition, typography, imagery, lighting, food styling, motion, editing, and material choices.
• Direct packaging, menus, merchandise, signage, printed materials, and digital brand applications.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to translate marketing concepts and briefs into compelling creative work.
• Select and direct photographers, filmmakers, stylists, designers, fabricators, and other production partners.
• Review materials, samples, proofs, and final outputs to maintain consistently high creative standards.
• Lead and develop the internal creative team through clear direction, feedback, and quality control.
• Take ownership of creative quality from initial brief through final execution.What We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of relevant creative experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven ability to bring established brand identities to life across multiple formats.
• Strong art direction across design, photography, film, and physical applications.
• Experience leading creative teams and external production partners.
• Exceptional visual judgment, attention to detail, and understanding of what makes products and experiences desirable.
• Practical understanding of production, materials, budgets, and deadlines.
