They work with some amazing clients within luxury, beauty, travel, tech and more.As their Creative Director, you will be part of the management team, mentoring and managing the Creative Team and approving all work.What you'll be doing:Overseeing and approving all creative work, ensuring creative standards and client objectives are metLeading the creation and presentation of client pitchesSupporting the development of training materials and sessionsMonitoring and managing the workflow and productivity of the creative teamSupporting the Account Management team with building and deepening client relationshipsWhat you bring:At least 8 years of relevant experience working in creative / content agenciesExperience growing and managing teamsStrong experience with 2D / 3D animation, motion graphics and video productionExperience building and managing client relationships Fluency in both Chinese and EnglishEA #: R1764851License #: 20S0266
