Location: Trivandrum, KeralaJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 3+ yearsAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Director cum Video Editor who can bring ideas to life, lead creative projects, and create high-quality video content.You’ll be responsible for taking projects from concept to final delivery, guiding the creative/media team, and ensuring strong storytelling, visual quality, and timely execution.What You’ll DoDevelop creative concepts for videos, social media, campaigns, branding, and digital content.Lead video productions from concept to final output.Guide and coordinate the creative/media team.Review scripts, storyboards, shooting plans, and final content.Edit videos for Reels, YouTube, campaigns, advertisements, documentaries, and branded content.Handle transitions, sound, music, graphics, motion elements, colour correction, and other post-production requirements.Maintain creative quality, visual consistency, and brand standards.Take creative decisions during shoots and post-production.Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, AI tools, and new creative techniques.Review team work and provide constructive creative feedback.Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery.What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in Creative Direction and Video Editing.Experience managing or leading a creative/media team.Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and video editing.Strong understanding of storytelling, visual composition, pacing, music, sound, and cinematic presentation.Excellent video editing and creative thinking skills.Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.Ability to work independently as well as with a team.Preferred SkillsAdobe Premiere ProAfter EffectsPhotoshop / IllustratorDaVinci Resolve or similar editing toolsMotion graphics / Basic VFXColour grading and sound designAI-based creative toolsBasic knowledge of cinematography and lightingExperience creating digital marketing and social media contentBenefitsOpportunity to lead creative projects from concept to execution.Work across diverse digital content, campaigns, and media projects.Opportunity to experiment with new creative ideas, tools, trends, and technologies.Collaborative work environment with a creative/media team.Opportunity to grow into a larger creative leadership role.
