From social edits and launch films to broadcast commercials and documentaries, everything starts with brilliant creative.The model is simple: the people who develop the idea stay close to making it. Exceptional work, made at pace.The opportunityYou’ll help establish the studio’s creative presence in New York, working with the founders and an international team to create films that cut through.This is a role for someone who lives in video. Someone who understands how to build anticipation, create an emotional hook and tell a story that makes people stop scrolling.You’ll have room to shape the idea, sell the vision and stay involved as it becomes something real.What you’ll doDevelop bold, original concepts for social content, brand films, sports promos and commercial projects.Turn those ideas into clear, compelling narratives that get clients excited.Partner closely with filmmakers, editors, designers and producers from concept through delivery.Bring a sharp understanding of culture, digital audiences and what makes video connect.Stay close to the craft, helping the team push the work while keeping projects moving.Contribute across client accounts and help shape the creative culture of a growing New York studio.Bring your own ideas, references and techniques—and create space for great ideas from anyone in the team.What we’re looking forYou could already be a Creative Director, or an Associate Creative Director or Creative Lead ready for more ownership.Your background might be in a social-first agency, sports broadcaster, entertainment business, creative studio or digital platform. You may have built your craft through filmmaking, editing or creating content yourself.What matters is the work you’ve made and the part you played in making it.You’ll bring:A strong portfolio of video-led creative, with clear ownership of concepts and storytelling.An instinct for pace, emotion, cultural relevance and audience attention.The confidence to present ideas and explain why they’ll work.Experience collaborating with makers and delivering ambitious work within real deadlines.A practical, resourceful approach: you know how to move an idea forward with the team around you.Curiosity, initiative and a deep interest in the craft.Hands-on editing or filmmaking skills would be a real plus. Experience in sport or entertainment is valuable, but strong, relevant work can come from different places.Why join?Creative is the studio’s currency.
