🚀 We're Hiring: Creative Head cum Content Creator📍 Location: Guwahati, Assam | On-site💼 Employment: Full-Time🏢 Company: Alohi Tourism & Homestays🌏 Industry: Travel & Tourism | Northeast IndiaAlohi is looking for a Creative Head cum Content Creator to lead our creative storytelling and content strategy across social media and digital platforms.We're looking for someone who can go beyond simply creating content — someone who can conceptualize, shoot, edit, strategize and execute.The person joining us should be capable of saying:"Give me the objective, and I will figure out how to turn it into an OG GOAT content."🎥 What You'll DoLead Alohi's creative direction and visual storytelling.Shoot and professionally edit photos and videos for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.Create engaging Reels, Shorts, carousels, destination films, stories and other formats.Develop and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, captions and campaign ideas.Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media trends.Use analytics and insights to understand what works and continuously improve content.Develop content around Northeast India's destinations, culture, people, communities and experiences.Work closely with the founders and operations team to turn travel experiences into compelling stories.Leverage AI tools for content ideation, research, scripting, editing, repurposing and creative workflows.Manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.🛠️ What We're Looking ForStrong photography and video editing skills.Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.Working knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics.Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.Experience with content calendars, scripting and campaign planning.Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.Excellent understanding of short-form video content.Ability to use AI tools effectively for creative advantage.Strong portfolio demonstrating previous creative work.Experience in travel & tourism is highly preferred.Candidates who have worked on projects for travel brands, hotels, homestays, tourism boards or destination marketing will be preffered.🙌 Who You AreWe're looking for someone who is:Creative, curious and constantly experimenting.Proactive and capable of working independently.A strong team player.Detail-oriented and quality conscious.Sincere, punctual and committed to deadlines.Comfortable taking ownership of projects from idea to execution.Passionate about travel, storytelling, photography and visual media.Excited about using technology and AI to create better content.🌄 Why Alohi?Alohi is one of the fastest-growing travel start-ups focused on authentic homestays and curated travel experiences across Northeast India.
