Company Description Babylonia is a controlled-environment agriculture company based in Kozhikode. We build living walls, indoor farming systems, and the software that runs them. Small team, real products.Role Description This is an on-site role in Kozhikode leading all visual output for the company. We have a defined design system with fixed colours, typefaces, and layout rules. You will not be rebranding us. You will be the person who extends that system into every new format, briefs and reviews the work going through it, and decides what is good enough to ship. The work spans product packaging, catalogues, the online store, social content, motion, and product photography. You will work directly with the founder and will direct our designers, motion, and photography work.What you will work onOwn the visual standard across packaging, catalogues, store, social, and decks.Brief designers, motion, and photography, then review what comes back.Extend the design system into new formats without breaking it.Build the template and asset library so the same work does not get redone every time.Hold quality on everything that goes out, including work you did not make yourself.QualificationsAt least three years in graphic, brand, or product design.You have briefed and reviewed other people's work, not only produced your own.Strong typography and layout. You can explain why something is wrong, not just that it is.Comfortable working inside a defined design system and extending it, rather than replacing it.Can work across print and digital: packaging, catalogues, store, social.Comfortable using AI tools to work faster.Portfolio showing finished commercial work, not only concepts.How to apply Write to careers@babylonia.ag with your portfolio.
