Our partner is looking for a Creative Lead – DTC & Performance Creative based in Saudi Arabia.This is a high-ownership creative leadership role within a fast-growing direct-to-consumer environment where creative is a key driver of customer acquisition.You’ll oversee the creative engine across agencies and internal teams, ensuring ideas move efficiently from research and briefing through production, QA, testing, and iteration.The role combines creative leadership, agency management, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making.You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, editors, designers, and art direction to consistently raise the quality and effectiveness of paid social creative.Performance data will guide your decisions, with metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and revenue informing what to improve and test next.You’ll also build scalable systems, workflows, and reporting practices that turn creative learnings into repeatable processes.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced performance creative professional who wants meaningful ownership over both creative output and business growth.AccountabilitiesOwn the end-to-end creative production process across multiple external creative agencies and an internal team, managing priorities, quality, delivery, reviews, and performance. Lead agency relationships, including running biweekly calls, setting expectations, reviewing output, and holding partners accountable for execution and results. Develop approximately 10 creative briefs per week using customer research, audience insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data. Oversee and quality-check scripts, static concepts, UGC ideas, hooks, video edits, landing-page concepts, and supporting research. Provide clear, actionable creative feedback to strategists, editors, designers, creators, copywriters, and agency partners. Manage creative workflows and production tracking through Notion or comparable project-management systems. Research winning advertisements, customer reviews, competitors, audience pain points, offers, hooks, and emerging creative patterns to inform new concepts. Analyze creative performance and identify which concepts, formats, messages, and executions are working and which opportunities should be tested next. Translate weekly performance insights into clear team updates, actionable recommendations, and repeatable creative systems. Collaborate across creative and performance functions to continuously improve production efficiency, creative quality, and campaign results. Requirements4+ years of experience in performance creative, creative production, agency management, or a closely related field. Proven experience managing creative agencies, vendors, creators, editors, designers, copywriters, or other creative partners. Strong experience briefing and developing paid social creative, particularly for Meta and TikTok. Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce, UGC, performance creative, and direct-response marketing principles. Demonstrated ability to connect creative decisions and production output to performance metrics and broader business outcomes. Comfortable managing creative workflows using Notion or similar project and collaboration tools. Excellent written communication skills, particularly for asynchronous collaboration, briefing, feedback, and reporting. Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes in a fast-moving environment. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn customer insights and performance data into actionable creative recommendations. Preferred: Experience in health, wellness, supplements, fitness, or consumer health. Preferred: Experience managing multiple brands or agency/vendor relationships simultaneously. Preferred: Experience sourcing, evaluating, and managing agencies or freelance creative talent. Preferred: Experience producing creative performance reports or internal learning updates. Preferred: Familiarity with ad libraries, customer-review research, Reddit, Amazon reviews, TikTok research, and competitor analysis. Benefits$8,000–$10,000 USD per month in compensation.
