Employment Type: Full-timeSeniority Level: Director / Department HeadAbout the RoleWe are seeking a visionary Creative Director / Video Producer currently working within an agency setting in Saudi Arabia to lead our client's creative production studio in Riyadh, KSA.This role requires complete end-to-end creative leadership—taking client briefs from initial ideation to final execution by orchestrating a modern hybrid mix of live-action video, 3D/architectural renders, and AI-generated content.Key ResponsibilitiesBrief-to-Execution Pipeline: Take initial client briefs, pitch decks, and strategic ideation and translate them into final, market-ready video products and campaign assets.Team Leadership & Operations: Line manage, mentor, and direct internal graphic designers, video editors, and the dedicated AI production team to ensure high quality and visual consistency.Integrated Media Production: Seamlessly blend live-action film, 3D/architectural renders, and AI video assets into cohesive, high-end commercial products.AI Workflow Innovation: Partner closely with AI video producers and copywriters to integrate cutting-edge generative video tools, synthetic media, and modern workflows into daily studio output.Client & Executive Presentation: Present creative concepts and final visual cuts to key stakeholders, ensuring full alignment with strategic campaign goals.Requirements & QualificationsAgency Experience: Proven track record as a Creative Director, Creative Manager, or Senior Producer within a creative or advertising agency operating in Saudi Arabia.Core Competencies: End-to-end production ownership with hands-on experience combining traditional film/renders with AI video production techniques.Language: Native or business fluent Arabic speaker with strong professional English communication skills.
