Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a Paid Creative Strategy Executive to join a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle business in Dubai.This is a commercially focused role sitting across creative strategy, performance marketing and content production. You will be responsible for turning market trends, customer behaviour, performance insights and commercial priorities into clear creative concepts and production-ready briefs for paid social.You will manage creative execution from research and briefing through to review and final delivery, ensuring every asset has a strong hook, clear message and CTA, is relevant to the target audience and is delivered on time.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great paid-social creative needs to be both creative and commercially effective.Responsibilities:Find the OpportunityMonitor competitor advertising, social platforms, creator content and category trends to identify new creative opportunities.Review agency insights and available creative-performance data to understand which hooks, formats, messages and products are performing.Analyse metrics including thumb-stop rate, hold rate, watch time, CTR and conversion to identify patterns and opportunities.Build and maintain a structured repository of winning hooks, competitor references, content formats and creative learnings.Turn insights into clear recommendations for future briefs and creative iterations.Stay up to date with emerging paid-social formats, trends and platform behaviours across Meta, TikTok and other relevant channels.Turn Insights Into IdeasSupport the development of campaign angles, content pillars, personas and messaging directions across brands, categories and commercial moments.Turn paid-content requirements into clear, production-ready briefs for creative and content teams.Define the target audience, opening hook, product story, format, pacing, overlays, headline and CTA for each asset.Provide strong visual, competitor and market references to guide execution.Develop variations of successful concepts to extend performance and manage creative fatigue.Ensure ad sets have sufficient creative volume, format variety and refresh options.Adapt creative concepts across different brands, products, audiences and commercial objectives.Bring Ideas to LifeReview raw footage, photography, ecommerce imagery, creator content and UGC produced by relevant teams.Select the strongest assets for use across paid-social campaigns.Identify the strongest hook, product story, content structure and CTA for each edit.Create detailed post-production briefs for graphic designers and video editors, covering asset selection, opening frames, sequencing, pacing, text overlays, audio, branding and CTA.Brief multiple creative variations where required to test different hooks, messages, formats or audiences.Identify gaps in available footage and feed future asset requirements into shoot and content planning.Make It BetterReview edited assets against the approved post-production brief.Ensure the intended hook is captured within the opening seconds and that the edit is structured to maintain attention.Check product visibility, sequencing, pacing, overlays, messaging and CTA.Provide clear and actionable revision feedback to designers and editors.Ensure assets are adapted correctly for their intended platform, placement, market and audience.Review creative variations to ensure each has a clear testing purpose.Approve final assets for handover once they meet the required creative and commercial objective.Ensure creative is delivered to the required standard and within agreed timelines.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in performance creative, paid-social content strategy, creative production or a related digital marketing role.Strong understanding of what makes paid-social content effective, particularly across Meta and TikTok.Ability to research competitors, customer behaviour and social trends and translate findings into relevant hooks, content pillars and creative concepts.Strong creative judgement across opening hooks, sequencing, pacing, text overlays, product visibility, messaging and CTAs.Comfortable interpreting creative-performance metrics including thumb-stop rate, hold rate, watch time, CTR and conversion.Ability to translate performance learnings into practical recommendations and future creative briefs.Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs, revision cycles and deadlines simultaneously.Strong written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging across different brands and audiences.Good understanding of the relationship between creative execution and commercial performance.Experience with Meta Ads Library, Meta Ads Manager, Motion or similar creative-intelligence tools is advantageous.Experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or ecommerce is strongly preferred.Strong attention to detail, a
