COYA continues to grow, we are always looking for passionate hospitality professionals who want to build an international career.We are currently looking for a talented Creative Producer - Photo & Video to join our Marketing team at COYA Dubai.About the Role:As Creative Producer, you will be responsible for producing premium photography and video content that brings the COYA brand to life across our global portfolio.Working closely with the Global Marketing Director, you will plan, shoot and edit content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, CRM, PR, new openings and key brand moments, while travelling across our international venues to capture the essence of COYA's Cuisine, Mixology, Music and Art.Key Responsibilities:Produce high-quality photography and video content across COYA venues.Plan, shoot and edit creative content for campaigns, events and brand activations.Capture food, cocktails, interiors, live events and guest experiences.Deliver engaging content across social media, digital platforms, CRM and websites.Coordinate photoshoots, production schedules and external creative suppliers.Maintain organised digital asset libraries and content storage.Travel across COYA's global venues to support campaigns, openings and events.Ensure all content aligns with COYA's brand standards.Experience you will need:Minimum of 4 years' professional experience producing both photography and videography content.Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, travel, fashion or luxury-lifestyle work.Proven experience planning, shooting and editing professional visual content independently.Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.Experience with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Capture One or similar platforms would be advantageous.Experience creating mobile-first content for Instagram and TikTok.Excellent creative eye with strong storytelling and attention to detail.Fluent in written and spoken English.Flexibility to travel internationally and work evenings or weekends activity during key events, launches and campaign periods when required.Why join COYA?At COYA, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
