This newly created role will serve as a key operational partner to the creative team, bringing structure, clear communication, and practical problem-solving to projects across photo, video, design, and other creative channels.The ideal candidate is a highly organized, pragmatic producer who knows how to build a strong process while remaining flexible when projects require a more hands-on or scrappy approach. This person will manage internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and production partners while balancing creative quality, timelines, budgets, and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end production of creative projects, from initial brief through final deliveryBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsManage multiple projects simultaneously across creative, photo, video, design, motion, and other disciplinesCoordinate photo and video shoots, including crew, vendors, locations, schedules, equipment, and day-of logisticsManage external vendors and agency partners, including sourcing, bidding, scope, negotiations, timelines, and deliverablesOversee production budgets ranging from smaller-scale projects through approximately $2MBring a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to production, finding ways to keep projects moving when timelines, budgets, or resources shiftFacilitate project meetings, creative reviews, and status updates to keep teams alignedIdentify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks early and develop practical solutionsMaintain clear and consistent communication with creative teams, stakeholders, vendors, and leadershipHelp establish scalable production processes and workflows for a growing creative organizationBalance creative quality with business objectives, budget realities, and delivery timelinesQualifications8+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or a related roleBackground in an agency, in-house creative team, production studio, or consumer-facing brand environmentExperience managing photo and video production from planning through final deliveryStrong vendor and agency management experience, including bidding, negotiations, scopes, and budgetsExperience managing projects with budgets ranging from smaller productions to $2M+Preferred BackgroundExperience within consumer, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, retail, e-commerce, entertainment, or other visually driven industries is a plus.Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Notion, Jira, Figma, or similar project and creative workflow platforms is preferred.
