Creative Product Developer – Perfume & PackagingLocation: AJMAN, UAEWe are looking for a highly creative and experienced Product Developer specialized in Perfume & Packaging to join our team.The ideal candidate must have a strong creative vision, excellent aesthetic sense, and proven experience in developing perfume products from concept to final production.A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the same field, specifically within perfume product and packaging development, is mandatory.This role is focused exclusively on perfumes — including perfume bottles, caps, pumps/sprayers, collars, outer boxes, packaging components, finishes, and all related product details — as well as coordination with fragrance houses, manufacturers, and suppliers.Key Responsibilities* Create innovative and distinctive concepts for new perfume products.* Develop the overall product look and feel in line with the brand identity and target market.* Develop creative concepts for perfume bottles, caps, outer boxes, and complete packaging.* Select and develop bottles, caps, pumps, sprayers, collars, and other perfume packaging components.* Recommend materials, colors, finishes, printing techniques, decorations, and details that enhance the product’s premium and distinctive appearance.* Create and develop mood boards, product concepts, and visual references in collaboration with the design team.* Follow global trends in perfumery, bottle design, luxury packaging, materials, and finishes, while creating original concepts rather than simply following existing trends.* Source and identify new manufacturers, suppliers, materials, technologies, and packaging solutions.* Coordinate and negotiate with fragrance houses, glass manufacturers, cap and pump suppliers, packaging manufacturers, and other relevant partners.* Request, review, and evaluate prototypes and samples and manage revisions until final approval.* Ensure compatibility between all packaging components in terms of dimensions, functionality, quality, and appearance.* Balance creativity, quality, cost, functionality, and manufacturability throughout the development process.* Manage product development from initial concept → design → sourcing → sampling → revisions → approval → final production.* Ensure that the final product accurately reflects the approved creative concept, brand identity, and required quality standards.Qualifications & Experience* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in perfume product development and packaging development is mandatory.* Proven experience developing perfume bottles, caps, pumps/sprayers, outer boxes, and related packaging components.* Strong creative thinking and excellent visual and aesthetic judgment.* Solid understanding of materials, finishes, decoration techniques, and manufacturing processes related to perfume packaging.* Experience working directly with fragrance houses, packaging manufacturers, factories, and international suppliers.* Strong ability to transform a creative idea into a commercially viable and manufacturable product.* Ability to source new suppliers, materials, technologies, and innovative packaging solutions.* Strong knowledge and awareness of global perfume, luxury packaging, and product design trends.* Excellent attention to detail with strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.* Ability to manage multiple product development projects simultaneously.* Good command of English for communication with international suppliers and manufacturers.Position: Creative Product Developer – Perfume & PackagingExperience Required: Minimum 5 years in the same field — MandatoryIndustry: Perfume / Fragrance
