Creative Production Manager

We're looking for an experienced graphic designer who's ready to take on a leadership role but isn't interested in stepping away from the creative work entirely.This position supports the creative needs of two businesses within a growing organization in the branded merchandise and promotional products industry. It's a mix of hands-on design, team leadership, and project management. You'll help manage creative priorities across both businesses, support and develop a team of designers, take on more complex projects yourself, and find ways to make the creative process run more smoothly.What you'll be doing:Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of graphic designers.Managing creative projects, workloads, and competing priorities across both businesses.Taking on complex design projects that require more advanced expertise.Reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and production readiness.Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations to keep projects moving.Finding ways to improve processes, reduce rework, and make the team's day-to-day work easier.What we're looking for:7+ years of professional graphic design experience.2+ years of experience leading or mentoring designers.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, and proofing.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, packaging, apparel, or related industries is a plus.We're looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of design just as much as the problem-solving side. Someone who can jump into the details when needed, but also step back, see the bigger picture, and help the team do better work.
