Acting as the region's brand custodian, you will interpret and adapt global brand standards for MENA markets while safeguarding consistency, quality and brand integrity.The successful candidate will combine creative leadership, exceptional design expertise and strong commercial acumen with a forward-looking understanding of how AI and emerging technologies can enhance brand visibility, audience engagement and creative effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership & Brand StewardshipOwn the visual expression of the brand across all marketing, communications, digital and event touchpoints.Translate business objectives, campaign strategies and corporate messaging into compelling visual storytelling.Act as the MENA custodian of the global brand, ensuring creative outputs balance global consistency with regional relevance.Advise stakeholders on brand application, visual communication best practice, localisation and cultural considerations.Lead creative ideation and concept development for campaigns, thought leadership, events, employer branding and internal communication initiatives.Design & Content CreationDevelop and deliver high-quality creative assets across print, digital, social, motion and experiential channels.Produce campaign key visuals, social media assets, presentations, infographics, brochures, website graphics, email banners, event collateral and executive communications.Adapt global creative assets for local markets, including bilingual and Arabic layouts, ensuring cultural appropriateness and audience relevance.Maintain design systems, templates and asset libraries that enable consistency and scalability.AI & Creative InnovationChampion the use of AI-enabled tools to improve creative ideation, content production, personalisation and efficiency.Identify opportunities to leverage AI-generated visuals and emerging creative technologies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.Establish standards and governance for responsible use of AI-generated creative assets while ensuring quality, compliance and brand integrity.Stay current on emerging trends in visual content, AI search, content discovery and digital experience design.Quality, Governance & OperationsServe as the final reviewer and approver of creative assets before publication, production or distribution.Ensure all outputs meet brand, accessibility, quality and regulatory standards.Manage creative workflows, asset governance, version control and shared repositories.Oversee agency, freelancer and production partner relationships to ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery.Drive continuous improvement in creative processes, efficiency and service delivery.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing and Communications teams to translate messages into impactful visual experiences.Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to ensure creative assets meet platform, performance and accessibility requirements.Work alongside Events team to design event branding and collateral, providing creative oversight throughout production and installation to ensure design integrity and brand excellence.Experience & QualificationsEssential8+ years of experience in creative services, graphic design, brand design, visual communications or a related discipline.Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services or complex B2B environments.Proven ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on execution level.Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign creative and multi-channel design expertise.Experience interpreting and adapting global brands for regional markets.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary creative tools.Experience managing agencies, freelancers and production vendors.Strong understanding of AI-powered creative technologies and their application within marketing and communications.Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.PreferredExperience working across Middle East and Africa markets.Experience with creative AI platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, Runway, Midjourney or similar tools.Success in the RoleConsistent and high-quality application of the brand across all regional touchpoints.Effective localisation of global campaigns for MENA audiences.Strong stakeholder satisfaction and creative delivery performance.Efficient, scalable creative operations with reduced rework and improved speed to market.Increased use of AI-enabled creative approaches to elevate brand visibility, engagement and production efficiency.Recognition as the trusted creative authority and brand guardian across the region.About Lockton MENAHeadquartered in Dubai (UAE), with 500+ associates providing (re)insurance and people solutions, we have strength in handling major corporate clients in UAE and throughout the region.
