Based in Los Angeles, California, The Arterie operates from its West Washington location and partners with clients seeking impactful, creative marketing outcomes.Role Description The Creative Services Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Culver City, CA, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of creative projects across digital and print. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines, and ensures all deliverables meet brand, quality, and compliance standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating regularly with internal stakeholders and clients, monitor resource allocation, and manage production workflows and deliveries. This position also supports continuous process improvement, contributes to project documentation, and helps maintain an organized and efficient creative services operation.QualificationsStrong Creative Services experience, including managing multidisciplinary creative teams and workflows.Strong attention to detail and Quality Control practicesExcellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and use of project management tools.Relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies, ideally supporting entertainment or consumer brands.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment in Culver City, CA, and maintain a professional client-focused approach.
