Creative Specialist

🚨 We’re Hiring | Creative SpecialistFakhruddin Properties is looking for a Creative Specialist to join our team in Dubai.We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into impactful visual content and bring real estate projects to life through creative design.What you’ll be working on:* Designing brochures, flyers, presentations, fact sheets, payment plans, OOH Billboards, sales kits & other marketing collateral* Creating social media, WhatsApp and digital creatives* Developing creatives for project launches, broker events, exhibitions, open houses & activations* Working across both digital and print platforms* Maintaining strong brand consistency and visual standards* Supporting basic video editing & AI-assisted creative production (motion graphics is a plus)What we’re looking for:* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator & InDesign* Strong visual design skills and excellent attention to detail* Excellent communication and coordination skills* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines* Real estate experience is an advantage* Knowledge of AI design tools and leveraging for work is a mandate📍 Location: Business Bay, Dubai🏢 Company: Fakhruddin PropertiesIf you’re creative, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Interested?
