LBP was built to streamline video production and make professional content more accessible and efficient.Role Description The Creative Team Lead is a full-time, hybrid role based in Provo, UT, with some work-from-home flexibility. There is an option for a part time position for a starter period that grows into a full time position. This role oversees day-to-day production operations, including coordinating shoots, managing project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. The manager will collaborate with videographers, editors, and clients to allocate resources efficiently and maintain smooth workflows through changing project volumes. They will also drive business growth by identifying new client opportunities, optimizing service offerings, and supporting marketing efforts. Regular responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, refining processes, and helping shape strategic decisions that expand LBP’s presence in the video production market.QualificationsExperience managing video production workflows, including scheduling, resource coordination, and project delivery.Strong background in client relationship management, with skills in communication, negotiation, and expectation setting.Proven ability to support growth initiatives through business development, sales support, or marketing collaboration.Comfort with data and metrics, including tracking project performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site presence in Provo, UT with remote collaboration.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience in video production, creative agencies, or media environments is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, media production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
