Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob description:Creative Videographer & Video EditorFull-Time | DubaiWe’re not looking for someone who simply knows how to operate a camera and edit footage.We’re looking for a creative videographer & editor with a strong visual eye "Arabic Speaking"— someone who understands lighting, composition, storytelling, pacing, and what makes content engaging.You should be the kind of person who watches a video and thinks:“I know how I could shoot this better.”Message from Dawrati CEO, Must Watch it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIguZR7W_KkYou’ll work across YouTube, podcasts, social media, marketing campaigns, and coaching content — from developing the visual concept to shooting and delivering the final edit.What You’ll DoPlan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, coaching programs, and marketing campaigns.Create and execute professional lighting setups for studio, podcast, talking-head, and creative shoots.Make creative decisions around camera angles, framing, composition, movement, lighting, and overall visual direction.Work with the content and marketing team to turn ideas and scripts into visually engaging concepts.Shoot dynamic handheld and moving content while maintaining professional image quality.Operate cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment confidently.Manage podcast shoots and maintain professional audio and video quality.Edit both short-form and long-form content with strong pacing and storytelling.Perform professional color correction and color grading to create polished, brand-consistent visuals.Use sound design, B-roll, graphics, transitions, and visual effects intentionally — not just because they look trendy.Create long-form YouTube videos designed to maintain attention and drive engagement, leads, and conversions.Adapt edits and storytelling for different platforms rather than simply resizing the same video.Organize footage, project files, and archives efficiently.Maintain production equipment and keep the studio shoot-ready.Continuously experiment with new shooting styles, editing techniques, AI tools, and production workflows.Who We’re Looking ForYou’re not just technically good.You’re curious, creative, resourceful, and constantly learning.You experiment.You notice details other people miss.You can receive feedback without becoming defensive — and you actively look for ways to make the next video better.You don't wait to be told exactly where to put the camera or how to light every scene. You bring ideas to the table.RequirementsArabic speaking is required.Strong English communication skills.Proven professional experience in both videography and video editing.A strong portfolio demonstrating your actual shooting and editing work.Strong knowledge of lighting is essential.
