Creator & Influencer Manager / Producer

We aim to inspire our customers to embrace their individuality through innovation and style.We’re looking for someone with great taste, strong creator instincts and a real understanding of Gen Z, TikTok, fashion, beauty and internet culture.What you’ll do• Source creators, influencers and models, with strong Gen Z representation• Build and maintain creator databases for the UAE, including locals and expats• Existing creator bases in UAE are highly valuable; US, UK and key EU markets are a strong plus• Identify emerging talent, trends and culturally relevant accounts• Develop monthly creator plans — around 15 content pieces with 3–5 creators• Evaluate creator metrics, audience quality, relevance and pricing• Develop concepts and briefs; coordinate creators from outreach to final delivery• Manage influencer activations, negotiations and product seeding• Quality-control content and ensure it feels genuinely platform-nativeYou• Strong visual and cultural taste• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Gen Z behaviour• Connected to creators or experienced in building creator networks• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple collaborations• Strong English• Interested in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, music and cultureBig plus: you can create and edit content yourself — CapCut, TikTok editing, Premiere Pro, After Effects, photography, styling or directing.We care more about your taste, network, creator instinct and portfolio than years of experience.Location: Dubai preferred; remote considered.Format: Full-time / project-based depending on profile.
