Creator Operations (Thailand Region)

About the RoleBilibili is continuing to expand and grow its creator ecosystem across Southeast Asia. As part of our Thailand team, you will play a key role in building and growing Bilibili's local creator ecosystem in Thailand.This is a platform-side creator operations role where you will recruit Thai creators to build, publish, and grow natively on Bilibili. You will own the creator pipeline for Thailand end-to-end: identifying the right creators, building trusted relationships, onboarding them to the platform, helping them publish their first content, grow their accounts, and reach their first payout.You will also help connect high-quality Thai content with Bilibili's broader community, including opportunities to reach audiences in China.What You'll Do1. Build and Own the Creator Pipelinea. Source, recruit, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with creators in Thailand, building a strong local creator network on Bilibili. Direct, in-house creator recruitment will be your primary channel.b. Identify and recruit high-impact creators in priority content categories and develop them into long-term platform partners.c. Lead end-to-end creator onboarding and cooperation discussions, including tailored cooperation models where needed.d. Serve as a trusted, long-term point of contact for key creators, MCNs, creator agencies, and other local content partners.2. Grow Creators on Bilibilia. Help Thai creators succeed natively on Bilibili, from account creation and first-time publishing to content growth and monetisation.b. Guide creators in understanding Bilibili's content formats, community culture, distribution mechanisms, and opportunities to reach both local and China-based audiences.c. Partner with Product and Operations teams to build creator and content showcases, ensuring smooth delivery, strong partner satisfaction, and healthy account growth.d. Track creator and content performance, prepare periodic reports, identify growth opportunities, and use data to improve creator engagement, retention, content quality, and publishing activity.3. Understand and Localise for Thailanda. Support the translation, review, and cultural adaptation of product content, including interface copy, campaign materials, creator communications, and community guidelines, ensuring they are natural and relevant for Thai users.b. Stay close to Thailand's creator economy, social-media trends, online communities, and emerging content formats.c. Monitor creator and content trends across major platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant local platforms.d. Monitor competitor activity and provide local market insights to Product, Operations, and the wider SEA team to improve Bilibili's localisation strategy and user experience in Thailand.Requirements1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, International Business, or a related field.2. Native proficiency in Thai and full professional proficiency in English. Thai will be the primary language for daily creator communication and content localisation. Language proficiency will be assessed during the interview. Mandarin Chinese is a plus.3. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in creator recruitment, creator operations, influencer/talent management, partnerships, social-media operations, or content strategy, with demonstrated experience building and maintaining creator or partner relationships.4. Strong understanding of Thailand's creator economy, social-media landscape, online communities, and content trends. Existing relationships with Thai creators, influencers, MCNs, or creator agencies are a strong plus.5. Strong creator sourcing and relationship-building skills. You are comfortable proactively reaching out to new creators, opening new relationships, negotiating partnerships, and representing a platform externally.6. Strong execution and ownership. You are self-driven, process-oriented, analytical, and resilient, and can consistently manage creator pipelines, follow-ups, onboarding, and performance tracking.7. Genuine interest in digital content, ACG, gaming, entertainment, and creator communities, with strong cultural sensitivity and cross-functional communication skills.Nice to Have1. Familiarity with Bilibili, Chinese internet culture, or the broader ACG ecosystem.2. Experience helping creators grow or monetise on content platforms through advertising revenue, subscriptions, tipping/gifting, memberships, or other monetisation models.3. An existing network of Thai creators, MCNs, creator agencies, ACG communities, gaming communities, or other relevant local content communities.4. Experience working for or closely with major social-media, video, livestreaming, creator-economy, or content platforms.5. Mandarin Chinese proficiency or experience working with Chinese or cross-border teams.
