Creator Outreach Specialist

About Us:Mulah Moo is a creative talent partner helping brands and studios build high-performing content teams.We work with publicly listed companies, content studios and creators with millions of followers across India, the US, the UK and the UAE. About Role:This is not a traditional role. We are looking for someone who has worked creators or creative people, and understands what strong content actually looks like from the inside.At Mulah Moo, we do not send clients a list of profiles. We identify who they should hire. We work with a curated, background-verified pool of mid to senior creatives who have a track record of building successful content, not just relevant job titles.We are now looking for someone to help us find and engage that talent.The role involves:Mapping the market and identifying strong content professionals through research and data.Reaching out directly, including cold outreach by phone.Negotiating compensation and deal terms with creative professionals and content creators.Managing client communication and coordination with a high degree of professionalism.Understanding how successful content teams actually operate, beyond what is visible externally.Staying closely engaged with content on Instagram and LinkedIn as part of the day to day work.To apply, please send your background along with a short paragraph describing a piece of content you have worked on and why you believe it was successful.
