This role will focus on identifying high-quality partners, building long-term relationships, managing onboarding journeys, and enabling creators to successfully launch and grow on the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard creators aligned with the SoulSensei ecosystemBuild relationships across meditation, yoga, healing, devotional, and wellness communitiesConduct discovery and onboarding conversations with potential collaboratorsAssess creator fit based on offerings, audience relevance, and platform alignmentManage end-to-end onboarding including profile setup, documentation, scheduling, and launch coordinationWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth creator activationMaintain onboarding pipelines, records, and communication updatesTrack emerging creators, practices, and trends within the spirituality and wellness spaceSuggest ideas for new workshops, experiences, and community-led offeringsWho We’re Looking For3-6 years of experience in onboarding, partnerships, creator management, community building, or business developmentPrior exposure to spirituality, wellness, mindfulness, yoga, healing, or conscious living spaces is strongly preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and conversations with easeComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentUnderstanding of creator-led or community-driven ecosystems is a plusPassion for spirituality, wellness, or self-growth is highly desirableWhy Join Us?Work closely with inspiring spiritual leaders and wellness creatorsBe part of a growing, purpose-led platformOwnership-driven culture with strong learning opportunitiesCollaborative environment focused on creativity, trust, and growth
