Key Responsibilities:To ensure deviation approvals from product and credit parameters are done as per the delegated authority matrixTo assist in monitoring risk and market trend to suggest amendment in policies when required to minimize risk & increase quality as well as to identify anomalies in credit policy.To check and monitor the authenticity of the facilities proposed by branches / sales and effectively ensuring that all financial and non-financial parameters are adhered with proper signoff at every stage. Adhere to all Retail credit SOP and SLAs to ensure timely delivery with minimum TAT as well as to ensure acceptable risk rating is achieved by the department in all internal and external audits.Continuously striving to improve productivity rates and increase quality in order to ensure delivery of quality service to external / internal customer within the committed turnaround time. To ensure accuracy of daily/monthly data capture for MIS reportsTo identify and highlights all fraudulent activities thereby reducing risk exposure and increasing quality of analysis.To ensure Quality of detailed credit narrations and to facilitate management approval To analyze and process cases based on overall consideration of customer's profile, employment status and industry, financial position, existing liabilities, aggregate exposure to DIB, capability of repayment and credit history, relationship with DIB (internally with other departments e.g. status of other availed facilities from corporate and relationship manager's recommendations) and other banks. Recommendation of cases to higher level of authority. Adequate market knowledge of UAE property market.To check customer's records with Central Bank Report, Collection, Blacklist and all kind of system checking as advised by policy to minimize risks associated with customer's integrity, credibility, repayment history and relationship with other banks and to ensure Contact Point Verification (CPV) is completed To conduct internal self-audit on processed cases and maintain low risk rating review by audit. Ensure timely resolution to Audit observations.To carry out all activities related to Credit – After Sales Service: a) Remedial Solutions; analyze structure and recommend remedial solutions for potential delinquent accounts with a view to keep the customer account current. Recommend solutions to customers to enable them manage their financial commitments and map the restructured solution to their capacity to pay. b) SWAP/Cancellation/Consolidation; analyze and process high risk exposed properties by swapping assets into direct revenue generating business. c) Retention; Process CLM approved solutions to maintain and secure existing collateral. d) Customer Service; Analyze and manage customer requests including any changes pertaining to existing finance termsAll the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.Work Education:Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of financial services industry including Retail Banking areas.Education:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Financial accreditation will be an advantage
