Credit and Collection Supervisor

The Credit and Collection Supervisor is responsible for managing and optimizing the hospital’s end-to-end receivables and collection processes to ensure maximum revenue realization, strong cash flow, and minimal credit risk exposure.Key job results include: (1) on-time follow-up and efficient collection of outstanding patient accounts and payor claims; (2) controlled PN issuance and improved PN settlement performance; (3) significant reduction of financial leakages and bad debts (4) and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting through system-driven processes.Educational Qualification:B.S.B.A. major in Accounting, Finance or related fieldExperience:At least 3 years of related experience in credit and collections; hospital or healthcare experience is an advantage
