Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and enhance the organization's credit risk strategy, framework, and risk appetite implementation.✅ Partner with Investment Teams throughout the investment lifecycle, including:Deal structuringCredit assessmentDue diligenceRisk scoringInvestment approval recommendations✅ Drive portfolio-wide credit risk monitoring and reporting, including:Financial and operational performance monitoringCredit risk scoringPortfolio analysisImpairment and provisioning recommendations✅ Manage and lead:Loan restructuringsWorkout situationsLender negotiationsStakeholder engagementCredit recovery strategies✅ Analyze country, sector, and portfolio risks and present recommendations to Senior Management, CFO, and Investment Committees.✅ Develop and improve credit risk processes, tools, scorecards, and risk management practices aligned with industry best practices.✅ Represent the organization on credit risk matters with investors, co-investors, partners, and external stakeholders.Ideal Candidate Profile:✔ Extensive experience in Credit Risk Management, Corporate Banking, Structured Finance, Private Debt, Development Finance, or Investment Management.✔ Strong background in:Credit analysisInvestment risk assessmentPortfolio risk managementFinancial modelingLoan restructuring and workouts✔ Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, investment committees, and executive leadership teams.✔ Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
