Location: Onsite in Riyadh, KSAExperience Level: 10-15 YearsRole OverviewOur client, a leading bank in Saudi Arabia, is seeking to onboard a Product Project Manager to support the Retail Credit Cards business in delivering strategic product launches, portfolio enhancements, and transformation initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of new products and product enhancements, ensuring successful execution across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and marketing functions.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product launch management within banking, cards, payments, or financial services and will be responsible for coordinating all launch dependencies from planning and business case development through go-live, market readiness, post-launch monitoring, and benefits realization.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launch & Delivery ManagementLead the end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches, portfolio enhancements, and strategic initiatives across the Retail Credit Cards portfolio.Develop and maintain integrated project plans, launch roadmaps, milestone trackers, and governance frameworks.Coordinate activities across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, and marketing teams to ensure delivery against timelines and business objectives.Market Readiness & Go-to-Market ExecutionCoordinate all launch readiness activities to ensure products are operationally, commercially, and technically prepared for market launch.Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to support customer propositions, launch campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.Develop launch checklists, readiness assessments, and post-launch monitoring frameworks to support successful product introductions.Business Case & Commercial SupportSupport the development of business cases, financial models, and investment proposals for new products and strategic initiatives.Track business case assumptions, implementation costs, and expected business benefits throughout the project lifecycle.Analyze customer adoption, portfolio growth, and commercial outcomes following launch and identify opportunities for optimization.Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as the central point of coordination between Product, Technology, Operations, Digital Banking, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, and external partners.Drive alignment on project priorities, deliverables, resource requirements, dependencies, and launch timelines.Facilitate project forums, governance meetings, and stakeholder updates to ensure timely decision-making and issue resolution.Regulatory, Risk & Operational ReadinessCoordinate approvals across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Operations, and Regulatory teams.Ensure all launches comply with internal governance requirements and applicable regulatory standards.Support product due diligence, risk assessments, operational readiness reviews, and control validation activities.Performance Management & ReportingMonitor project progress, launch readiness status, and key delivery milestones.Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs, leadership presentations, and project status reports.Conduct post-launch reviews, lessons learned sessions, and benefits realization tracking to support continuous improvement.Knowledge and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.10-15 years of experience in Product Management, Product Launch, Program Management, Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, or Financial Services.Strong understanding of cards, payments, retail banking products, and customer journeys.Experience managing end-to-end product launches, portfolio enhancements, and strategic programs.Knowledge of product development, launch management, and go-to-market processes.Familiarity with card issuing platforms, digital banking ecosystems, and operational workflows.Experience in business case development, financial modeling, and performance analysis.Understanding of regulatory, risk, compliance, and operational requirements applicable to banking and payments products.Proven experience working across multiple business and technology stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment.Mandatory SkillsProject management experience within the financial services, banking, cards, or payments industry.End-to-end product launch and delivery management expertise.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and marketing.Business case development, financial analysis, and commercial performance tracking.Governance, risk management, issue management, and escalation handling.Strong project planning, milestone tracking, and execution discipline.Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver within tight timelines.
