Credit Collections Manager

Job Summary:Lead the Credit and Collection function, ensuring effective credit risk management, timely collections, achievement of DSO targets, and compliance with company credit policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the Credit & Collection Team and Field Collectors.Drive monthly DSO and collection targets and monitor team productivity.Develop and implement sound credit policies, guidelines, and risk management practices.Review and approve customer credit applications, credit limits, extended payment terms, adjustments, and credit memos.Monitor credit policy violations and assess risks, providing recommendations to Senior Management.Oversee risk accounts, collection progress, and overall credit and collection performance.Foster team development, motivation, and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field.At least 15 years of relevant experience in Credit & Collection, preferably with managerial/team leadership experience.Strong background in credit risk management, collections, DSO management, and credit policy development.
