Enjoy a long-term global career with Emapta, where innovation, professional growth, international collaboration, and a top 1% talent experience drive lasting success together.Your Daily TasksCredit Control ManagementAssist in monitoring and managing the company's credit control processes.Monitor overdue accounts and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.Communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices, payment terms, and account discrepancies.Perform administrative credit control tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.Maintain accurate records of client communications and financial transactions.Accounts Receivable / Trade DebtorsReconcile customer accounts and resolve account discrepancies.Process and record customer payments and credit notes.Maintain and update the accounts receivable ledger.Reporting and AnalysisGenerate and analyze reports on account status, aging, and collections.Provide insights and recommendations based on collection and account analysis.The Qualifications We Seek3 to 5 years of relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and cloud-based accounting systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.Proactive work ethic with a willingness to support the team as needed.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; German or French language proficiency is an advantage.Adaptability to support the evolving needs of a growing business.Job OverviewEmployment Type: Indefinite Term ContractWork Setup: Work From Home, MacedoniaShift: Day Shift, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Weekends OffExciting Perks Await!Private Medical InsuranceAccess to SportmasterCareer growth opportunitiesGlobal career exposureDiverse and supportive work environmentUnlimited upskilling through Emapta Academy courses (Want to know more?
