Credit Control Executive - Insurance

Job Title – Credit Control Executive - InsuranceType – PermanentWork Location – DubaiSalary – Upto AED 11000Mandatory – 3-4 years of relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, insurance operations, payment allocation or reconciliation.Responsibilities:Reconcile and allocate premium payments received from brokers/clients based on payment details provided by the Credit Control team.Investigate and resolve payment allocation queries and discrepancies.Monitor and follow up on open receipts, participating in weekly calls with the Credit Control team to obtain missing payment details.Issue receipts for bank credits based on information provided by the Credit Control team.Support activities such as broker account reconciliation, commission calculations, premium allocation, account unblocking, credit facility additions/deletions and claims release.Maintain trackers, reports and process-related documentation and share internal reports as required.Coordinate with other departments on policy-related and processing queries, including policies that have not yet been processed.Work collaboratively with Credit Control colleagues and other Gulf-based/regional teams to resolve operational issues.Analyse data, identify discrepancies and suggest practical solutions to resolve problems.
