قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجResponsibilitiesResponsible for credit risk monitoring, reporting, and data analysis to support effective credit control and strategic decision-making.Ensure alignment of credit policies, reporting standards, and risk practices with Head Office requirements and regulatory guidelines.Prepare and deliver credit control reports to management and Head Office.Maintain a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.Collect, validate, and consolidate credit-related data across multiple functional units.Ensure compliance of credit policies and procedures, internal manuals, Head Office standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate closely with the Credit Assessment Team to support the end-to-end credit cycle and safeguard portfolio quality.Provide day-to-day assistance for strengthening risk culture, enhancing monitoring frameworks, and identifying weak credits with recommended remedial actions.Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems and workflows.Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory submissions with accurate documentation and reconciliations.Participate in system enhancement initiatives and workflow improvements, including development of dashboards and credit performance metrics.Perform secretariat functions, including preparation, hosting and minutes writing for risk meetings.Contribute to system projects, special assignments, and data consolidation requests from Head Office, auditors, and regulators.Independently resolve common issues or roadblocks.Apply foundational automation skills for process improvement and productivity uplift.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of banking experience.Strong understanding of banking processes, operations, and frameworks.Experience in data analytics, reporting and dashboard development is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).Familiarity with Power BI, Bloomberg Terminal, and basic coding is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Independent, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
