Credit Control Officer

Your Role:Perform credit management and debt collection actionsCarry out debt recovery actions on corporate customers via telephone and demand lettersExecute routine dunning actions for non-payment accounts on consumer segmentsLiaise with different internal parties in resolving disputes and outstanding accountsHandle and follow up unidentified payments and invalid chequeMonitor customer payment’s behaviour, perform credit assessment and prepare credit risk analysis/MIS reports to managementHandle other credit control issues and ad hoc assignmentsTo succeed in this roleDiploma Holder or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplineMinimum 2 years' working experienceGood command of spoken and written English and ChineseProactive, outgoing, enthusiastic and sensitive to numbersAnalytical and self-motivated in problem-solvingProficient in MS Office applicationsFast learners with less working experience (or fresh graduate) will be considered as Assistant Credit Control Officer.If you have the desire for an exciting and rewarding career, please apply by sending your resume immediately, quoting your present and expected salary by clicking "Apply Now"
