ResponsibilitiesPerform collection duties on delinquent accountsContact customer and handle billing or overdue repayment with appropriate mannerNegotiate with borrower for repayment scheduleHandle enquiries related to collection mattersPerform daily duties in compliance with the internal code of conduct and external regulationsRequirementsForm 5 / DSE graduates or aboveAt least 3 years of debt collection experience in banks or financial companyWorking experience in customer services / telemarketing is an advantageCandidate with more experience will be considered as Senior OfficerFresh graduate will be considered as AssistantFluent in spoken and written English and CantoneseProficient in MS applications including MS Word and ExcelThis is a very rewarding and exciting opportunity.
