Credit ControllerLocation: Leeds, LS15 (Hybrid)We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance team based in Leeds. We are a FMCG business, with sites all across Europe.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced business where you'll work across a range brands while playing a key role in supporting cash flow, customer relationships and commercial success.As Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts across multiple trading divisions, ensuring outstanding debts are collected efficiently while maintaining excellent customer relationships.Key responsibilities include:Managing the reconciliation, administration and collection of customer accounts across multiple business divisions.Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve account queries and secure timely payments.Collecting overdue invoices while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.Monitoring customer credit limits, reviewing account exposure and recommending changes where appropriate.Managing held orders and proactively reducing financial risk.Investigating invoice queries, debit notes and disputed transactions, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.Reconciling customer accounts, allocating payments and maintaining accurate records to support reporting.Providing regular updates on cash collection performance, debt reduction and agreed KPI targets.We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys working in a customer-facing
