Credit ControllerTop UK law firm recognised for its strong culture and investing into its people is hiring a Credit Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.What’s On Offer:Salary to £58,000Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)Fantastic employee benefits28 days annual leave, private medical insurance, gym discounts, and moreLiverpool Street / CityCredit Controller – What You’ll Be Doing:Obtaining payment of outstanding invoices via phone and emailBe the principal point of contact on all outstanding debts both internally and externally to clientsSetting up and attending monthly meetings with Partners to address their outstanding debt and WIP balancesPrepare bespoke monthly debt reports and reconciliations for both internal and external clientsMonitoring the online banking portal and advising on the allocation of funds received to settle invoicesGenerate and distribute monthly client statementsReview current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiencies and improve cash collectionsCredit Controller – What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm is essentialStrong understanding of WIP and debt management, billing, invoicing, collections, cash allocation and reconciliationBroader knowledge of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle
