redit Controller – Telecalling & CollectionsJob Summary: Responsible for customer payment follow-ups, collection calls, and managing outstanding receivables.

Key Responsibilities

Make regular calls to customers for pending payment follow-ups.Track outstanding invoices and payment commitments.Coordinate with Accounts, Billing and KAM teams for payment-related issues.Maintain daily follow-up and collection MIS.Ensure timely collection and reduction of outstanding dues.Handle customer queries professionally and escalate overdue cases.

Requirements

Good communication and telecalling skills.Strong follow-up and convincing ability.Basic Excel/MIS knowledge.Target-oriented and persistent.Experience in collections, telecalling, credit control or accounts receivable preferred.
