Credit Controller

Are you an experienced Credit Controller who enjoys building strong customer relationships while delivering outstanding results? This is an opportunity to join a well-established, not-for-profit organisation, and make a visible impact on cash collection and financial performance.The RoleYou will take ownership of debt collection activity, helping to reduce aged debt while maintaining positive, professional customer relationships. You will manage sales ledger processes, resolve account queries, and ensure invoices, statements and credit control correspondence are issued accurately and on time.Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will negotiate payment arrangements, conduct credit checks, monitor credit risk, reconcile banking transactions and unallocated cash, and support month-end reporting and cash-flow forecasting.You will also help strengthen Accounts Receivable performance by maintaining accurate finance and CRM data, supporting legal recovery where appropriate, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
