Credit Controller - Property

Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy and growing property management group based in North West London.The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and confident communicating with tenants, clients and internal teams. Previous experience within the property sector is essential.This is a hybrid role offering on-site parking and a generous holiday package.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage and pursue outstanding rent and other property-related arrears.Take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring payments are received on time.Contact tenants and other relevant parties regarding overdue balances.Monitor rent accounts and follow up promptly on missed or late payments.Reconcile accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.Allocate incoming payments accurately and ensure account records are kept up to date.Produce and review aged debt reports.Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity and correspondence.Liaise with property management, accounts and other internal teams.Monitor payment arrangements and ensure agreed commitments are maintained.
Key Requirements
