Credit Management Manager

Your Role:To plan and take proactive actions to minimize company credit risk by formulating credit policy and setting up procedures and guidelinesTo lead a team of staff to carry out daily credit operations and accounts receivables managementTo prepare MIS reports and statistics identifying high risk accounts and to take immediate credit actions in order to minimize bad debtsTo liaise with Sales Team in resolving disputes and outstanding accountsTo work with internal parties, such as Product Marketing and IT teams to enhance the mainframes and related systems so as to cope with the market changes and customer needsTo identify areas of improvement and to make changes to improve the service level, and to increase productivity through office automationTo review from time to time the internal and external environments to recommend to management an effective corporate credit policy To succeed in this role:University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplineProfessional accounting or finance qualification preferred, such as CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalentMinimum 10 years' solid experience in which at least 3 years in similar capacityStrong accounting and financial analysis knowledge, with the ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and evaluate financial risksStrong leadership, proactive, enthusiasticStrong analytical mind and sensitive to market/economic environmentExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent people management skillPreferably having solid exposure to system implementation / conversion
