Permanent Opportunity | Eastern Creek areaLead a large Credit and AR teamGlobal Healthcare LogisticsLead a large, high-performing credit and accounts receivable function within a global logistics business supporting the healthcare sector.We are currently seeking an experienced Credit Manager to lead a complex, high-volume credit and accounts receivable function within a global logistics organisation.Reporting to the National Credit Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for a large team and multiple key functions across master data, collections and payment allocations. You will provide leadership and direction across the broader team while remaining closely involved in customer escalations, complex accounts and day-to-day operational performance.This is an opportunity for an experienced Credit Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, leading through complexity and finding practical solutions to improve both customer outcomes and financial performance.About the roleLead and develop a large Credit & Accounts Receivable team across key functional areasOversee master data, collections and payment allocation functions to ensure effective and accurate deliveryManage complex customer accounts, escalations and collection matters, working closely with internal stakeholders and customersMonitor aged debt, account performance, cash collections and key operational metricsProvide coaching, support and development to Supervisors and their teamsEnsure credit and AR processes, controls and policies are consistently appliedIdentify opportunities to improve processes, systems and team performanceWork closely with finance, operations, customer and other internal teams to resolve issues and support effective outcomesProvide hands-on leadership in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentSupport the National Credit Manager with reporting, analysis and broader credit initiativesAbout youWe are looking for an experienced Credit Manager / Senior Credit professional who is comfortable leading a sizeable and complex AR function.
