The brand is committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and delivering trusted, affordable products for both institutional and retail customers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Credit Manager role based in Jaipur. The Credit Manager will oversee credit policies and processes, evaluate customer creditworthiness, and manage approval of credit limits for retail and institutional clients. The role includes monitoring outstanding receivables, identifying credit risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts. The Credit Manager will collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align credit decisions with business objectives, support negotiations with key accounts, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve preparing credit reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing regular analysis and insights to senior management on credit performance and portfolio trends.Qualifications Strong foundation in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management, with the ability to design and implement effective credit policies.Proficiency in Credit and Finance, including understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and working capital management.Advanced Analytical Skills, with experience using data and metrics to assess risk, forecast collections, and support decision-making.Experience in FMCG, food staples, or related sectors is preferred, along with familiarity with institutional and retail credit practices.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
