Credit Recovery Executive

AxisHR is hiring Credit Recovery Executives on behalf of a growing Fintech organization.We are looking for experienced and resilient professionals who can manage customer follow-ups, handle repayment conversations professionally, and work effectively toward recovery targets.Key Responsibilities- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and repayment obligations.- Handle credit recovery and collection-related customer communication professionally.- Follow up on payment commitments and overdue accounts.- Work effectively toward assigned recovery targets.- Maintain accurate records of customer communications, follow-ups, commitments, and recovery status.- Coordinate with relevant internal teams when required.- Prepare and maintain recovery-related reports and documentation.- Handle challenging conversations calmly and professionally.Requirements- Experience or expertise in credit recovery, collections, or related roles.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.- Responsible, resilient, and target-oriented approach.- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.Vacancy: 3
