This is how we guarantee the quality of every device we sell.- We also have our own retail stores and an online store.Our partners include major electronics chains, telecom operators, IT companies, as well as authorized Apple and Samsung partners.We are looking for an experienced Credit Risk Manager to join our team in Cyprus 🇨🇾Who will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk policies, assessing customer creditworthiness, monitoring accounts receivable exposure, and ensuring effective credit control across the company. The role aims to minimize bad debt losses, optimize working capital, and support sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities:Credit Risk ManagementDevelop, implement, and maintain the company's credit risk policy and procedures.Assess and approve customer credit limits, payment terms, and risk ratings.Conduct financial analysis of new and existing customers.Review customer financial statements, credit reports, and market information.Monitor credit exposure and recommend risk mitigation actions.Accounts Receivable & Credit ControlOversee customer receivable portfolios and collection performance.Monitor overdue balances, aging reports, DSO, and bad debt trends.Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.Support escalations and resolution of complex collection cases.Recommend provisioning for doubtful debts where appropriate.Customer Onboarding & ComplianceManage customer onboarding from a credit risk perspective.Ensure completion of KYC, AML, and customer due diligence requirements.Verify customer legal, financial, and operational information.Maintain accurate customer risk records and documentation.Reporting & AnalysisPrepare regular credit risk and receivables reports for management.Track KPIs including:DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)Overdue Debt RatioCollection EffectivenessBad Debt RateCredit Limit UtilizationIdentify risk trends and recommend corrective actions.Stakeholder ManagementPartner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.Support commercial growth while maintaining acceptable risk levels.Provide credit risk recommendations for strategic customers and projects.Present risk exposure and recommendations to senior management.Required Experience:3+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Control, Risk Management, Accounts Receivable, or Corporate Finance.Experience developing and implementing credit policies.Strong understanding of financial statement analysis.Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.SkillsFinancial analysis and credit assessment.Strong understanding of working capital management.Knowledge of KYC and AML requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.Advanced Excel and reporting skills.Ability to work independently and make risk-based decisions.English - B2, Russian - C1.Preferred ExperienceDistribution, wholesale, retail, e-commerce, telecom, financial services, or re-commerce industries.Experience managing multi-country customer portfolios.Experience building credit risk processes in a fast-growing organization.Why Join BreezyOpportunity to build and scale an international finance organizationDirect influence on strategic business decisions and company growthExposure to international markets and investment activitiesHigh-impact leadership role with strong ownership and visibilityDynamic and entrepreneurial business environmentBy responding to the vacancy, you consent to the processing of your personal data indicated in your CV.
