Fantastic opportunity to join highly regarded non bank Lender as Credit Team Leader - Consumer Car Loans.The purpose of the Credit Team Leader is to manage a team of Credit Analysts and oversee the day to day assessment of consumer car loan applications in an efficient and commercial manner.Responsibilities include;-To successfully lead the team towards achieving goalsCoaching and mentoring team and providing supportEnsure loan applications are assessed in an efficient mannerAssess applications that are outside the Credit Analysts delegated authorityAct as first referral point for exceptionsMonitor new deal flow and assess new applications as and when requiredRegular one on one meetings with teamProvide feedback and scenario support to brokers and sales teamCompliance with all regulatory requirementsDay to day operation within risk framework and ensure credit and operational best practice is enforced within the teamTo be successful you will posses;-5+ years experience in consumer credit2+ years experience training and coaching credit teamKnowledge in assessing credit reports, bank statements and other various supporting documentationWorking knowledge of NCCP Act and AML/CTF ActAbility to effectively motivate teamExcellent communication and time management skillsThis rare and sought after position is sure to move off the market quickly so don't delay in applying.
