Credit Underwriter

The Lending Tree is looking for an experienced Credit Underwriter with a strong background in UAE mortgage credit assessment and underwriting.If you have experience evaluating mortgage applications, analyzing customers' financial profiles, and working with UAE banks' mortgage lending policies, we would love to hear from you!📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💰 Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per month🏦 Industry: Mortgage / Banking / Financial ServicesKey ResponsibilitiesAssess mortgage applications by reviewing customers' financial profiles, income, liabilities, and repayment capacity.Analyze AECB credit reports, bank statements, salary certificates, and other financial documents.Evaluate mortgage eligibility in accordance with UAE banks' lending policies and credit requirements.Calculate Debt Burden Ratio (DBR), Loan-to-Value (LTV), and other relevant mortgage eligibility parameters.Conduct credit assessments for both salaried and self-employed customers.Identify potential credit risks and discrepancies in mortgage applications.Coordinate with mortgage consultants and bank representatives to ensure smooth processing of applications.Recommend suitable mortgage solutions based on customers' financial eligibility and bank criteria.Ensure compliance with applicable UAE banking regulations and internal credit assessment procedures.RequirementsPrior experience in UAE mortgage credit underwriting or credit analysis is mandatory.Strong understanding of UAE mortgage lending policies, eligibility criteria, and credit assessment procedures.Experience working with UAE banks, mortgage brokerages, or financial institutions.Hands-on experience reviewing AECB reports, calculating DBR, and assessing mortgage eligibility.Good understanding of financial documentation for salaried and self-employed customers.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Join The Lending Tree and be part of a team that’s redefining the mortgage industry in the UAE 🌟
