Crestron Level 1 & 2 Programmer

Data Power Source is looking for a talented Crestron Programmer to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced programmer with hands-on knowledge of Crestron-based AV and control systems. This role will include Level 1 programming and system modification to more advanced Level 2 programming, troubleshooting, integration and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Program, configure, test, and commission Crestron control systems.Integrate AV equipment, including displays, projectors, DSPs, lighting, shades, and other control devices.Troubleshoot programming and system-integration issues.Review system designs, schematics, and programming documentation.Perform system testing and assist with onsite commissioning.Work closely with project managers, technicians, and clients.Provide technical support and assist field technicians with system issues.

Qualifications

Crestron programming experience required.Experience with Crestron4-Series platforms, NVX, DM, AV over IP systems.Experience integrating third-party devices.Experience with DSP platforms such as Biamp, or similar amplifiers.Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting complex commercial AV systems.Understanding of AV system design and signal flow.Ability to troubleshoot control-system and network-related issues.Experience working with TCP/IP, RS-232, IR, relays, and other control protocols.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.Willingness to travel to project sites when required.We're looking for someone who stays positive during technical challenges, treats their peers and clients with respect, and takes pride in their work.
