Crew Control Officer

Job Purpose:Manage, maintain, and control the published crew pairings and rosters, communicate with crew members & relevant offices, comply with policies and regulations, control crew utilization, and maintain high level of On-Time Performance.Key Responsibilities Functional

• Manage utilization and productivity distribution among full time available crew members
• Monitor and handle the communication with crew members and other stakeholders
• Manage On-Time Performance within the scope of Crew Planning & Control scope
• Exercise independency in deciding and completing routine tasks Operational
• Manage, update and control the published and adhoc crew pairings and crew rosters
• Arrange logistical support for crew members on duty assignments
• Validate compliance of crew pairings and crew rosters
• Review and match the aircraft rotation plan vs. published crew pairings
• Publish reports to other stake holders People Management
• Initiate procedures review and improvement
• Promote, encourage and display willful collaboration
• Engage in skills and project handling training
• Preserve and maintain professional interpersonal communication
• Perform aviation security function assign by supervisor.
