Crew Members support daily restaurant operations, including welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling cash or electronic payments accurately. The role involves preparing menu items according to company standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Crew Members collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service, respond to guest inquiries or concerns, and follow all food safety and hygiene procedures. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.Qualifications Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate clearly with guests and team members.Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with attention to accuracy when processing orders and payments.Willingness to learn food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards, and to follow established procedures consistently.Capacity to work on your feet for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and manage tasks in a busy environment.Strong teamwork, reliability, and time management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or retail customer service is preferred but not required.Ability to understand and follow instructions in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
