Reliability, respect, and a positive attitude are at the core of everything we do.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a full-time, on-site Crew Member to join our team in the Atlanta Metro Area. In this role, you'll prepare our damn good vegan hoagies and beverages to company standards, safely operate kitchen and service equipment, and help keep the workspace clean and organized. You'll greet guests, take orders, process payments, and make sure every order is accurate and delivered on time. You'll also help with restocking, following food safety and sanitation protocols, and supporting opening and closing procedures. Above all, you'll be part of a team that communicates well and delivers a consistently friendly experience to every guest who walks through our doors.QualificationsStrong communication skills and a customer-first mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, including hands-on food prep and handlingDedicated to cleanliness, food safety, and health protocolsDependable with attendance, punctuality, and following company proceduresOpen to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to stand for extended periods, move between stations, and lift light to moderate weightRetail, food service, or vegan/plant-based food experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train you on the job
