Team members join a well-established brand focused on offering convenient, healthier beverage and snack options to a wide range of guests.Role Description The Crew Member role at Booster Juice in Winnipeg, MB is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering fast, friendly service and high-quality products. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing smoothies and juices according to recipes, and handling cash, card, and app-based transactions. Crew Members help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including regular sanitizing of equipment, work surfaces, and dining areas. The role also involves restocking ingredients and supplies, following food safety and hygiene standards, and working as part of a team to meet service goals and provide a positive customer experience. Crew Members may assist with basic merchandising, product promotion, and occasional support for in-store events or marketing initiatives.Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail when preparing orders.Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience, including accurate processing of payments and balancing transactions.Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, including proper handling of ingredients and use of equipment.Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a positive attitude, with willingness to learn recipes, procedures, and brand standards.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Previous experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is an asset but not required; training will be provided.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks, such as lifting ingredient containers and cleaning.
