We need someone who can cook and serve shawarma, take customer orders, assemble food, keep the kitchen clean, and help with general restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Cook, cut, and serve chicken and beef shawarmaAssemble shawarma wraps, platters, bowls, fries, and other menu itemsTake customer orders and operate the POS/registerProvide friendly and professional customer servicePrepare and restock ingredients during the shiftMaintain proper portion sizes and food qualityKeep the cooking area, counters, equipment, and restaurant cleanWash dishes and utensils as neededFollow food safety and sanitation proceduresAssist with opening and closing dutiesHelp wherever needed during busy periodsWhat We’re Looking For:Reliable and punctualComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to communicate well with customers and coworkersWilling to clean and maintain an organized workspaceAble to stand for extended periods and handle normal restaurant liftingRestaurant or shawarma experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right personMust care about food quality and consistencySchedule: Full-time
